An empty chair tells a hundred stories...

I read that quote somewhere and thought it was a fitting title for this painting. It is my largest to date (30x30 inches) and has taken me the longest of all my paintings. I keep wanting to place another object in the room, but I resist. I'd rather have the viewer decide what is going on here.
